We currently service dogs and cats only.

How many people are on staff?

We have one doctor and three veterinary assistants.

What are your hours?

We are open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8a to 6p. On Wednesdays and Fridays, we are open from 8a to 4p and on Saturdays from 9a to 3p.

We reserve appointments from 8a to 11a throughout the week to tend to our boarders and hospitalized patients.

How much is an office visit?

Office visits are $ 39!

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! We give $ 10 for seniors or $ 15 for military and their dependents off of their total invoice. We also offer a free first exam for humane society patrons.

What does my pet need to board with you?

We require pets to be up to date on their vaccinations and flea preventative. We ask that customers bring food from home so that their pets do not experience stomach upset.

How often are boarders played with?

We try to play with our boarders frequently throughout the day as long as our appointment schedule allows us to!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit, and Sunbit.

What is CareCredit?

Care Credit is a specialty credit card that you can apply for if you need financial assistance. It can be used here or with your own doctor/dentist/pharmacy.

What is Sunbit?

Sunbit is a new and inclusive type of financing, making it quick and easy for us to offer personalized monthly payment plans that are uniquely tailored for each person. What can be done at your hospital?

We are a general practice. We have an x ray machine, a dental x ray machine, a fully equipped surgery room, an isolation room, two exam rooms and a boarding area.

In the event we are unable to attend you, we will refer you to either an emergency or specialty veterinary office.

Do you do house calls?

House call service is offered for euthanasia only.

English isn't my first language, is there someone able to translate?

Our staff can communicate with you in English, Spanish, Punjabi and Hindi.

What is your appointment policy?

We see everyone by appointment only. Appointments can be made for the same day if the schedule allows. Walk ins are seen if allowed by the schedule. Emergencies are given priority over walk ins and appointments.

What is your payment policy?

Payment is due upon discharge. Deposits are required on pets hospitalized with us. If you need financial assistance, please let us know when making your appointment! That way we can work within a budget or have you sign on with Care Credit.
